This first occured on the left front wheel well..smoke billowing..nasty smell..then they replaced them again and this time happened on the right front wheel well..billowing smoke..and yes i heard a grinding noise which led me to this..sounded like bad pads..which for 9500 miles is insane to me..
Also, only thing that has been replaced so far is pads..which i didnt take to a dealer since i didnt thinks pads were covered under warranty
It turns out..that apparently on the 2006 Civic LX you really need to use OEM parts..and they didn’t ..the OEM parts are woking great..kinda weird if ya ask me but..so far no problems..
